Shipping & Delivery
All orders are treated with the greatest care during the picking and packing process. Our Distribution Team verifies that the products packed are correctly and in perfect condition.
What are your shipping costs?
Standard shipping rate is £4.95 for all UK orders under £25.
Standard shipping to Northern Ireland is £7.99 and may take a little longer.
And for UK orders over £25, shipping is on us!
Your free shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout. (Excludes Northern Ireland)
Please note delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once dispatched from the warehouse, deliveries to UK-based customers will usually arrive within 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of order but it can take a little bit longer if demand is exceptionally high so please bear with us! We are working hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
What if I haven’t received my order?
