Are your supplements suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians?

Yes!

As our name suggests, we are passionate about plant-based nutrition and all our supplements are suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

We are proud to say that the Vegan Wellness Co. products are licensed to carry the Vegetarian Society Approved vegetarian / vegan trademark.

Can I take your supplements whilst taking other medications? 

This depends on the medication you are taking. Most vitamins and minerals will not cause any issues but please consult your GP or healthcare professional before taking our supplements if you are on medication or have any medical conditions.

Can I take your supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

This depends on your personal situation, please consult your midwife, or healthcare professional before taking any food supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do your supplements contain Sugar?

No, there is zero-sugar content to our capsule supplements. Our powders only contain naturally occurring sugars from fruit powders, or natural plant-based sweetener from Stevia. We never add sugar, or chemical sweeteners to our products.

Do you supplements contain allergens?

Please check the individual product packaging for ingredients where allergens will be listed, before consuming any of our products. If you have a specific intollerance which is not listed, please contact us at hello@theveganwellnessco.uk and our customer service team will be happy to provide any further information.

Where should I store my supplements?

Anywhere you like! As long as it’s a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of the reach and sight of children.

For powder products within resealable pouches, please ensure that the pouch is resealed immediately after use.

When should I take my supplements?

It's completely up to you! That said, we would recommend taking it earlier in the day and with a meal to help the absorption of the vitamins and minerals. If possible, avoid taking with caffeine as this can prevent absorption and increase excretion.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we never test our products on animals and we are proud to be cruelty-free.

Have your supplements been tested for quality and safety?

Yes. Each batch of supplements is tested by our ISO 22000:2018, HACCP accredited and WHO - GMP (World Health Organisation Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant manufacturing plant before being released for sale.

What is the shelf-life of your products?

The best before date can be found on the product pouch, carton or label, along with the batch number and production date. Generally speaking, product shelf-life is 2 years but please check each individual product.

Is my data / information safe?

Keeping our customers' data safe is of utmost importance to us here at The Vegan Wellness Co. We guarantee that we will not sell or pass your data to any third party outside of Heathfield Products Limited, in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order for delivery, or if required to do so by law.
