Returns & Refunds
We try to keep our returns and refunds policy as simple as possible, and we are happy to receive returns if they meet the criteria below.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of products which were not purchased via www.theveganwellnessco.uk. Any products purchased from authourised retailers will need to be returned to the retailer they were purchased from.
I’ve changed my mind, can I return my order?
Yes, we are happy to receive returns within 14 days of purchase, providing that goods are returned unopened and in their original condition.

Please ensure that you include your order number, name and address so we can trace your order and accept your return. Your original method of payment will be credited once your return has been processed, and we aim to process all returns within 5-10 working days of receipt.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns of any products which have been opened or are over 14 days from purchase date.
